Mr White (Suneil Shetty) comes to Goa to take Mr Black (Arshad Warsi) back to Hoshiarpur to take possession of a land bequeathed by his father. In between, he meets an oversexed hotelier who cries ‘Kiss me, kiss me,' and gives him a chance to play Mr Bharat to the un-Bharatiya lady. Meanwhile Mr Black is not ready to give up his life as a dirty rotten scoundrel, specially when he overhears some talk of some diamonds somewhere... Again, a heartbreak in store, as you watch sensible actress, Sandhya Mridul make a fool of herself as a tapori girl.....
