- 1 sliced onion
- 1 sliced tomato
- 1 teacup bean sprouts
- A few drops of soya sauce (optional)
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of fresh ground pepper
Directions
- Mix the sprouts, tomato, onion and salt
- Optionally sprinkle a little soya sauce on top
- Chill and serve cold
