What was your Child Best Book of 2006?
My son enjoys reading imensely and even though he's only 5 years old he reads at years above his age. When he started at school in the reception year the teachers had to venture over to the Primary school to get him some of the Best Books that they had, all the Picture books where to easy for him.
Now the reason I mention this is not to brag, although I am very proud of my boy, but rather to point out something that a lot of parents tend to forget. Learning doesnt start at school, but at home.
This Lens I am making to highlight some of the Best Child Book of 2006, and encourage more and more parents of Young Preschool children to excel in passing on knowledge and reading ability to their children.
One of the first Book Clubs I joined with my son was Dr Seuss published by Scholastic.
Joining Book clubs is a great step to take in helping your child learn to read, not only will you get high quality books at really cheap prices but Most of the good book clubs I am part of give some Great Free Gifts when you join.
