Amazingly simple, yet effective system in Bombay, India for collecting lunch boxes from homes' of office goers and delivering them at their respective offices. THE ERROR-RATE IS 1 IN 16 MILLION (over 50 million deliveries are made each year).

Yet, no automated or computerized systems are used...it is completed manual. It provides employment for 5000 people and generates annual revenues of US$ 12 million.
