This is a pretty remarkable feat!! Alain Robert has scaled over 60 buildings all over the world. The Abu Dhabi Investment Authority tower is his 61st conquest till date.

He has climbed 4 of the buildings twice. Since 1994 he has climbed tall buildings in each of the continents.

The tallest building he has climbed is the Taipei 101 - a 1,671 ft. tall structure (including the spire). The building is about 448 metres to the roof.

Spiderman Alain Robert Climbs Abu Dhabi Building

French Alain Robert known as Spiderman climbs the facade of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority tower with his bare hands, in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), on February 23, 2007, in front of a crowd of about 100,000. Alain Robert completed the climb in only 20 minutes. Alain Robert also climbed the Sears Tower in Chicago, Petronas Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur, Eiffel Tower in Paris and Empire State Building in New York City.
