King Juan Carlos I of Spain asks Hugo Chavez "Why don't you shut up?" during the 17th Ibero-American Summit on Nov. 10, 2007. It happened because Hugo Chavez repeatedly interrupts Spanish Prime Minister Jose Zapatero's speech. Eventually, the King left the meeting during a speech by Nicaragua's Daniel Ortega.
