Access control is a very sensitive issue that needs to be implemented with strong security policies. As organizations continue to experience breach of security, very often they need to implement a robust enterprise data management system that can provide security cover for vital enterprise data and also take care of compliance needs.

Large mission critical databases like DB2 require automated systems to take care of the EDMS processes to capture critical and regular operations on a continual basis to detect any data threats. Monitoring
DB2 tools, dynamic-static queries, DB2 rebind process, DB2 utility checks and access grants and revokes are some vital points that need to be carried out by these systems. It is also necessary to implement robust regulatory compliance software that takes care of regulatory requirements that are applicable to the organization. These precautionary measures can detect anomalous behavior that violates corporate security policies and also secure data effectively.
