Ingredients
- 1/2 pineapple
- 1 medium melon
- 1 teacup strawberries
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 small Hawaiian papaya
- 1 teacup Vanilla cream
- 2 lemon slices for decoration
Directions
- Peel and cut the melon, papaya, bananas and pineapple
- Peel, cut and quarter the strawberries. Brush with lemon juice
- Arrange the strawberries in the center of fruit bowls
- Put the remaining fruit around the strawberries in the bowls
- Add the vanilla cream on top of the fruit in the bowls

Clearly rich in vitamins and minerals...you can add a spoon of honey instead and reduce the amount of cream to make it healthier!
