Enterprise data needs to be adequately protected to secure customer information. So it becomes imperative to implement many security measures within the organization. Many traditional databases are managed using IMS or DB2 tools and applications that provide complete enterprise data management package. They increase the data availability time for applications that are used by customers or vendors. In this way, transaction time is greatly reduced and in turn increases the inflow to business.

Using regulatory compliance software, performance SQL tuning and database auditing tools can also improve performance levels of the applications. They jointly address compliance issues and security measures for the organization. Growing market areas like Asian countries, where many new industries are being developed, can implement these measures during the initial establishment activity itself.
