Ingredients
- 2 large apples
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teacup of vanilla cream
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
Directions
- Peel the apples and remove its core
- Slice the (peeled and cored) apples
- Add sugar and 1/2 teacup of water
- Cook for about 10 minutes till the apples are soft.
- Mash the cooked apples (or puree it in a blender)
- Add the cinnamon powder
- Serve hot with cold vanilla cream
