Nutritional Info

This is a flavorful dessert rich in fiber, vitamins (particularly C) and carbohydrates

Ingredients

  1. 2 large apples
  2. 1 teaspoon sugar
  3. 1 teacup of vanilla cream
  4. 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Directions

  1. Peel the apples and remove its core
  2. Slice the (peeled and cored) apples
  3. Add sugar and 1/2 teacup of water
  4. Cook for about 10 minutes till the apples are soft.
  5. Mash the cooked apples (or puree it in a blender)
  6. Add the cinnamon powder
  7. Serve hot with cold vanilla cream
