****Very graphic and violent****
This is apparently a road rage incident on Russian roads. The first driver involved in the incident was beaten so badly that he limps towards his car, gets in and tries to drive away. That's when the 2nd driver and the aggressor body-slams his windshield.
The first driver then accelerates and drives his car over the second driver and gets away..
