This apparently happened on a Dutch (60-minutes-equivalent) show telecast live supposedly on "surgeries gone wrong." The guest apparently had a surgical team inadvertently remove his testicles.
It is not clear what triggers it! But, it seems the guest's shrill voice sets off the veteran reporter and down the drain goes his career in about 30 seconds. It doesn't need to be in English to understand what is happening
