Fantastic clip. At the beginning it looks like the lion is all set for a kill and some delicious boar meat. Then suddenly, this aggressive wild boar turns the tables on the lion and starts attacking it. The lion weakly tries to brush it aside, but has to eventually beat a hasty retreat.
The animal kingdom never fails to impress me! What made the lion give up on its hunt? Why did it chicken out? Was the lion not hungry to begin with and so was only playing with the boar? Well, we will never know. Maybe someone knowledgeable about lion behavior can explain if this is normal behavior or just an aberration!
