This is footage from a security camera in an office that shows a guy who just flips the lid. He practically goes on a rampage beating up co-workers. The rest of the office watches in shock.
Guess, the guy was all high-strung by work-related stress. Or, is it just that the guy suffers from 'office rage.' Regardless, the clip clearly shows the need for and the importance of relaxation. Good that the guy did not possess any firearms.
