Nutrition: Protein - 5g; Carbohydrates - 9g; Fat - 0.3g

Ingredients

  1. 2 teacups of finely chopped spinach
  2. 1 large sliced and diced onion
  3. 2 teacups of skimmed milk
  4. 2 finely cut cloves of garlic
  5. 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  6. Fresh ground pepper

Directions

  1. Cook the spinach, onion and garlic in 1/2 teacup of water for about 15 min. till the spinach is soft
  2. Add the milk
  3. Blend in a mixer
  4. Strain the puree
  5. Add the salt and pepper
  6. Serve hot
