Ingredients
- 2 teacups of finely chopped spinach
- 1 large sliced and diced onion
- 2 teacups of skimmed milk
- 2 finely cut cloves of garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- Fresh ground pepper
Directions
- Cook the spinach, onion and garlic in 1/2 teacup of water for about 15 min. till the spinach is soft
- Add the milk
- Blend in a mixer
- Strain the puree
- Add the salt and pepper
- Serve hot
