This seems to be a non-disruptive method of building demolition devised by the Japanese...no controlled explosions, or implosions...the building just comes down gradually...this facilitates recovery of old building materials used in the construction of the building..fantastic indeed!

You can count on the Japanese to come up with such great ideas for reducing the impact of human activity on the environment!!
