Ingredients
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 large finely sliced & diced onions
- 1/2 yellow or red bell pepper
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 2-4 ground green chillies
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon oil
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Soak the tomatoes in hot water for about 10 minutes. Peel the skin and chop finely.
- Skewer the green bell peppers and hold over a flame till the skin blackens. Peel the burnt skin and chop finely.
- Cut the red or yell bell pepper finely.
- Heat the oil on a pan.
- Fry the sliced and diced onions in the heated oil.
- Add the tomatoes, bell peppers, ground chillies and cook for a couple of minutes
- Add the salt and pepper.
