A host of trendy shops and sites catering to nursery kids have sprouted across the country. Imagine, kids who should be clad in only diapers and a warm wrap dressed in the trendiest of clothes!
The style you sport is supposed to be an extension of your personality. Most times we are too intimidated by the price tag to think we could opt for the current rage as well. But with more and more fashion houses realizing the sheer numbers of middle and low income households, more and more ready to wear designer clothes are being made available at a lower cost. Heavy discounts make currently fashionable clothes affordable as well. When making a fashion statement be sure that the current trendy dress suits your body type and if the material is one that you are comfortable in and that the color is one that complements you. If any of the above criteria is not fulfilled the dress is not worth it.
Fashion is not merely about clothes. Accessories, footwear, even memberships to clubs, schools, buying homes and career choices are all based on what is in vogue. Psychologists are deeply disturbed by this tendency so many of us have to blindly adopt a craze established by some crazy person. It is their professional fad.
Need we panic? Why? If we examine history we can clearly realize that fashion constantly changed even in yesteryears and man (and woman) being the social creatures that they are adopted styles in an effort to unite with their fellow creatures. So all I can say is celebrate fashion but remember that to be in history books you need to be just that bit individualistic.
